MONCUCCHETTO RESTAURANT WINS THE “BUONA CUCINA 2021” AWARD

On the occasion of the ecumenical dinner on 21 October, dedicated to the theme “Products of the forest and undergrowth’, the award ceremony for the ‘Buona cucina 2021’ prize was held.
The presidency of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina, based in Milan, accepted the proposal of the Delegation of Italian-speaking Switzerland to award this prize to the Ristorante Moncucchetto in Lugano. The prestigious award was presented by Delegate Emilio Casati (in the photo) to chef Andrea Muggiano.
