Wine with an intense ruby red colour. It has a fruity character, with a perfume of sour cherries, spicy and slightly mentholated, accompanied by light roasted notes. Good body characterised by freshness and tannic balance. Faithful to its land, Merlot expresses the typicality that historically marks its origin. To accompany red meats and cheeses.

Origin
Lugano e Sorengo. Vineyards with an average age of 25 years, south, south-east exposure. Soil of granite origin, with high organic matter content. Very draining soils with an average potential water reserve capacity.
Vinification
Traditional red wine vinification with thermoregulated maceration. Malolactic fermentation partially in barriques. Maturation in second passage barriques for a period of 16 months.
