The “Il Murchì rosso” IGT from Italian-speaking Switzerland, made from Divico grapes, is a wine with a very deep colour, with intense violet reflections. The nose has notes of ripe fruit accompanied by fine spices and light balsamic aromas. On the palate it is soft with silky and persistent tannins, with nice freshness and length. It has an ageing potential of 3-5 years. The ideal combination is with red meat and venison. The red wine is complemented by “Il Murchì bianco” (IGT Svizzera italiana).
