Carminoir, Cabernet sauvignon, Galotta.
Traditional red wine vinification with thermoregulated maceration. Malolactic fermentation partially in barriques. 18 months of barrelaging in barriques of one and two years.
Ruby red colour with violet reflections. The wine has a delicate spiciness accompanied by toasted notes and hints of fresh red fruits. On the palate it has ripe tannins and excellent freshness. A fruity and balanced wine to drink young.
This blend is emblematic of the varietal innovation that has been carried out at Moncucchetto over the last 10 years.
Produced in a limited edition also in Magnum format.
