Rosato di Pinot Nero Ticino DOC
A wine with an intense pink colour. Consistent and fairly fine mousse of medium persistence. Fruity character of pomegranate, black cherry and pink grapefruit, sweet sensations and hints of vanilla. Soft on the palate with good freshness, balanced and harmonious. A wine to be served very cool and enjoyed as an aperitif or with fresh desserts.

Luganese. Soils of granitic origin with average organic matter content. Well-drained soils.
Vinification
Bottle fermented. Bottling takes place in spring. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and élevage sur lie for approximately 24 months.
