Merlot Ticino DOC
A ruby red wine with violet notes. A fresh fruit character accompanied by spicy notes typical of Merlot. The freshness accompanies a harmonious tannic structure and a good body. This wine can be consumed immediately or after a couple of years of bottle ageing. It goes well with first courses, white meat and mild cheeses and fish.

Origin
Bioggio and Boscherina. Bioggio vineyard of 7 years, with draining soils with average potential water reserve capacity, Novazzano vineyard of 25 years, on calcareous and clayey soil, soil with high potential water capacity.
Vinification
Traditional red wine vinification with thermoregulated maceration. Malic retrogradation in steel barrels. Maturation for 10 months in steel barrels.
