Chef for a Day

Sometimes the love of food cannot be satisfied solely from observing those who cook. On occasion, it then becomes necessary to discover and learn secrets through direct experience.
The courses at Moncucchetto are dynamic and above all fun. Participation is limited to a small number which allows everyone to contribute personally in preparing the dishes.
The informal atmosphere evokes the feeling of friends together at the dining table. Each cooking course is followed by a full dinner featuring the prepared dishes. It is not just a sampling of what has been cooked or what was attempted, but a real dinner:  participants spend the rest of the evening sitting around a set table, savoring the dishes along with selected wines. It’s a different means to know each other, to meet and spend some time together sharing in the passion for good food and good wine.
